The monitor is very clear and more than applicable.
This stereo also had 2 further Video-Outputs. I related one to a splash hooked up 7" Legacy Monitor and it seems to be great. Note - the Video-Outputs DO NOT convey output when in "Radio Mode". But do show output when a CD/MP3/DVD Movie are inserted.
Tested Terminator 2 in DVD Mode - Looked and maintained great!
Camera Input which works as anticipated.
Tested a bought DVD movie, three different Home-Made DVD Movies, DVD with MP3's, CD & CD with MP3's, ALL labored with NO Problem!

I will admit a was as soon as somewhat iffy regarding this radio but up to now it has worked perfectly. The radio works superb its extremely easy to set up and the cd/dvd player works great.
